What is this?
When logged in, you’ll earn a point for every dollar you spend at ginger blue decor. You can use those points to redeem discounts that can be used on future purchases online at gingerbluedecor.com.
Who can join?
Everyone! All you have to do is have an account with us at ginger blue and you will be automatically enrolled. If you’re a previous customer and have an account, we’ve done the work for you—you’re already in the GB Rewards program! Simply login to start reaping the benefits.
If you do not currently have an account, we invite you to open one up at gingerbluedecor.com. If you’ve made a purchase on gingerbluedecor.com as a guest, create an account using the e-mail you provided at checkout.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned with every purchase, excluding shipping fees. You can also earn points for referring a friend as a new customer and signing up for our ginger blue newsletter. You’ll be able to redeem those points as fun money on future ginger blue purchases, or save up your points for more fun money, too! Additionally, we may offer bonus point events from time to time for those in specific tiers. Only points earned from purchases will be used for climbing tiers.
When will I see points I earned on purchases?
Points earned on purchases will be available within 24-48 hours. Please feel free to contact the customer service team with any inquiries!
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance can be found on your account page, as well as the top navigation bar when you are signed in.
What are the different reward amounts?
1000 points = $10 reward;
1500 points = $15 reward;
2000 points = $20 reward
2500 points = $25 reward
5000 points = $50 reward
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope! You will earn a point for every dollar you spend at Ginger Blue Decor. Please note that the maximum redemption is $50.
Do my points expire?
Nope!
I have an order history on multiple accounts or e-mail addresses. Can I merge my points?
Yes! We can absolutely consolidate your points to one account. Please e-mail customer service at info@gingerbluedecor.com with your request, your preferred e-mail address, and a list of the others you have used. Note: Points from someone else’s account or order history may not be transferred to someone else’s.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you're logged in, visit your rewards by clicking the "Ginger Blue Decor Rewards" button at the bottom left of the screen, then select the tab called “Use Points.” Here, you’ll see the discounts available based on your accrued point balance. Click which reward you’d like to redeem and a gift card code will pop up. If you'd like to use this immediately, insert this code at checkout, and you’re done! If you'd like to save it for later, X out of the pop-up—and when you're ready, come back to the rewards page and visit "My Rewards."
You can choose to redeem your discounts or you can save them up for a larger amount. Please note points are not redeemable for cash.
Will my discounts apply to sale items?
Yes, your discounts can be applied to all purchases at ginger blue
What do the “approved,” “pending,” and “cancelled” statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to finish processing before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase; the points will change from pending to cancelled.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
If you made a purchase, please allow a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you referred a friend, your points will be posted to your account once they make a purchase.
If I return a purchase I made using my discount code, do I get my the discount code back?
Yes! You will be refunded the dollar amount spent and your discount code will be returned. The points you accrued on your returned order, however, will not be added to your account. If your return is a partial return, please contact the Customer Service Team.
Why did my account balance go down?
A purchase was cancelled or returned. You can view all of your points activity on our GB Rewards section of your Account page!
How do I leave the program?
We hope you don’t! Before making up your mind, don’t forget that the GB Rewards program is free to enroll and points never expire! But if you no longer wish to earn points from your purchases, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will unenroll you.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact our Customer Service Team and we'll re-enroll you. Please note with a new account, the point total will begin at zero.
What happens to my information when I sign up?
